Having a doula by your side during labour and birth means you're never alone. I provide continuous emotional, physical and informational support, from the onset of labour through to your baby's first moments.

My passion is to help you feel confident, calm and in control, whatever your birth looks like. Whether you're planning a home, hospital or caesarean birth, I'll be there.

The weeks after birth can feel overwhelming, beautiful, exhausting and joyful, often all at once. I offer warm, practical and emotional support to help your family find its feet in the fourth trimester.

My postnatal support is flexible and shaped entirely around what you actually need, whether that's help with feeding, emotional reassurance, newborn care or simply an extra pair of hands.

I know more than anyone how hard nights can be with a baby. With my first, I was breastfeeding, she never slept and I really suffered for it mentally. Looking back, I wish I knew a service like this existed as it would've made my post-partum experience more enjoyable.
